NOTICE - Must be received within 90 days of last furnishing of materials or labor services if unpaid Claimant did not contract directly with Prime Contractor.
LAWSUIT - Must be filed within one (1) year of last furnishing of materials or labor services in all cases.
"Little" Miller Act- Virginia State, County, Locality or Agency Projects:
